As a traveling nurse, she gained extensive oncology experience by working in different parts of the country. Gina understands the importance of public policy in healthcare, which impacts everyone, not just those with cancer. Her goal is to educate communities on cancer treatment and survivorship through her initiative, In the Know, which aims to empower people with knowledge and resources to become better advocates for themselves and bring about positive change.

In her free time Gina likes to travel, boxing, and spend time with her loved ones.
